How Verix prevents manipulation.

Every submitted review automatically goes through 10 verification steps. If a review looks suspicious — for example because the receipt doesn't match the provider, or several reviews come from the same device — it gets flagged and sent to an admin for manual review. In the meantime, it doesn't appear publicly.

If you suspect a review is inappropriate or fake, write to us directly at: sicherheit@verix.contact. Please include the provider and the review. We review every report manually.

Reviews that our automated check flags as manipulated are removed and excluded from the score calculation. Users who repeatedly submit suspicious reviews lose their reputation score and can be suspended. There's no second chance for systematic fraud.

Swiss hosting

All data is stored on servers located in Switzerland. No US cloud service. No sharing with third parties.

No GPS data

Photos are automatically stripped of GPS and EXIF metadata before being stored.

IP anonymisation

IP addresses are only stored as a non-reversible hash — never the real IP.

Data export

You can download all your stored data at any time from /profil (revFADP-compliant).
