When does billing start?
During the beta phase, all features are free. Billing only starts after the official launch. You'll be notified in good time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellable monthly, with no minimum term — this applies to monthly billing. With annual prepayment, payment for the booked year has already been made; cancelling stops the renewal, but there's no refund for months already paid.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — with annual billing you get 2 months free (you pay for 10 months instead of 12 per year).
Is my provider profile visible even without a subscription?
Yes. Every provider has a free Basic profile. This cannot be removed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing period.
How long does commercial register verification take?
Usually 1–2 business days, since it's checked against an official commercial register extract. We match your details automatically against the public commercial register (Zefix). Verein Verix itself, as an association, isn't entered in the commercial register (see Legal Notice) — the "Verified" badge refers to your entry, not to us.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
It automatically reverts to the free Basic profile — it isn't deleted, but loses the verified badge, the detailed audit-trail view, and the other plan features.
